First you tweak. Then, you adjust.

The only way to change your bad habits and negative attitudes is by slowly tweaking, and then adjusting. If you can’t eliminate something suddenly, which in most cases is what happens, slowly begin to tweak it and then where you’re at the most comfortable state (meaning: you feel good and are willing to accept), you adjust (meaning: you’ve reached the level of acceptance with what you’ve accomplished. Now you can move on to the next.).
