TO BEST SELF OR SELF DESTRUCT?

Have you ever woken up feeling tired, both physically and emotionally? You know you’ve been on the same road for far too long. You feel helpless. You’ve accepted things you never should have. You’ve adapted to a world you don’t even belong. You’ve suffered the consequences…greatly. You have one of two options. One, you continue on this self-destructive road your in. Two, you relinquish all negativity and create discipline to be the best you can be.

But choosing to let go of a place you are comfortable in is not easy. You see, when you choose a self-destructive behavior you facilitate yourself. Slowly you crumble like a useless piece of paper. 

You accept negative behaviors from others because you believe you are worthless. You begin to dislike yourself in every way. You lose self-respect, self-confidence, and even become fearful of the things you were never afraid of. So you lock yourself up mentally. You avoid interactions because being vulnerable is the last thing on your mind. But that comfortable place is only temporary because eventually you will not even trust yourself. 

So again, you have one of two options. One, you continue on this self-destructive road your in. Two, you relinquish all negativity and create discipline to be the best you can be. 

Open the door. Step outside.  Let your fears vanish into the wind. Be the best YOU.
