Bombing Exams During Freshman Year
The pain may not be physically excruciating, but for those of us who really care it’s an emotional dread. Spending the whole weekend studying and thinking you’ve got it all figured out to find out you bombed it, it’s torturous! There are bigger things happening in the world and yet this is my life, learning and acquiring as much information in this little brain of mine. A brain that in reality is a lot bigger than it seems. It’s all crunched up but if you lay it out on a flat surface, it’s actually the size of a welcome matt. How’s that for learning? My college education is my world, for now, until I join the rest of society to try to make a difference. Until then I need to make the best of it, but finding a way to ace the next exam will be quite the journey. It must be a short journey, however. The current process of learning has proven to be inefficient. So what do I do? Find a new approach, but quickly. Because this is my life currently, and failing is not an option.
