One out of every four children admits to being bullied at school.
So, you should never feel like you’re in it alone. It’s a nasty thing that has become a fact of life. There are lots of organizations out there that try to rectify the problem. However, none of them will manage to stamp it out completely. With that in mind, people going through this situation need to first understand the problem is not you, but rather the one causing the damage. Bullies are usually bullied at home and/or are very insecure. Hence, they bring out their frustrations on others. While it should not justify their behavior, it definitely helps us understand that the problem is not the person being bullied. Here are simply steps to ease the issue and hopefully put an end to it properly.
