1 can of chickpeas (drained)
Handful of fresh basil (about 1/4 cup)
Garlic clove, chopped
1/2 tbsp chopped roasted red bell peppers
About 10 cherry tomatoes (or more to taste)
2 tbsp of Tahini sauce
Juice of 1 small lemon
Salt to taste
Blend all ingredients together
1/4 cup water from chickpeas, carefully adding more until you reach desired consistency
Serve and garnish with olive oil, paprika, peppers and fresh herbs
