We can all go through really hard times in our life. No life is perfect, that's for sure. You may find that for the most pat, you are happy, you are settled and you thrive, but there can be points in your life that really suck! We all go through them, and it is fair to say that some people go through tough times more than others. There are some common things that we can all face during our time on this planet, but it can often be how we react to them that can make the biggest differences to our lives.
A problem shared is a problem halved, they say. So sometimes it can help to make you feel better knowing that what you are dealing with is perfectly normal, or what you have to do handle is just part and parcel of ife. You can get through these things, and you can take positive elements away from them.

So here are some of the harsh realities of life and

how you can make it out the other side.

Relationship woes
Relationships, be that of the romantic sense or friendship, can affect us more than we realise. It can often be a cause for concern if a relationship that you have is not making you feel as good as it should. For example,a romantic relationships should be based on love and trust, but if neither of those things are present, is it really worth it to continue the relationship? The same with friendship. It can take two people to make a friendships and a relationship work, so both parties need to put their all into them and make the effort. Sometimes it can feel like the feelings are not reciprocated, and often it can be that you just don’t want to do it yourself. Sometimes it is a good idea to really focus on the relationships that are in your life. Ones that have a negative impact on you shouldn’t be something that you should want to continue in your life.

Marriages breaking down
There will only be a very small minority of people that enter into a marriage wanting it to fail. The majority of couples will approach their wedding day as the next chapter in their lives. They will be excited about the future, and wanting to make a go of this new start. But just like relationships and friendships can break down, so can marriages. It might be for specific reasons. Perhaps someone in the marriage has done wrong and the trust is gone, or something has happened to cause you to realise that maybe you are just not compatible anymore. Often marriages end and there are children involved, but that doesn't mean to say that the relationship with your children ends or gets affected by it. This is when a father's rights advocacy group is where you can get some excellent advice and support. The same is out there for mothers to, and it can help to ensure that you remain amicable b y still doing right by your children in the long term.

Financial issues
Your finances can be a sore subject in your household. Often we can all find ourselves in situations where we owe out more than is coming in, or that we have mounting debts and situations in life such as a job loss or a change in job can mean that we don’t have as much income left. Financial stress and worry can be a big cause of things such as anxiety and depression, and it can often be a route cause of relationship and marriage problems as well. The best advice would be to not bury your head in the sand when it comes to things like this. If you can work out a budget, focus on the important bills and get yourself back on track. It is possible to do and once you start to prioritize you may feel much better about your financial position.

Struggling to conceive

Marriages and relationships can come to a stand still when you enter into the world of trying for a baby. Not everyone has a smooth ride in this department. It can be so difficult to conceive at times, and often there can be so many reasons why, or worse still no reason at all for it. The best advice when it comes to trying to conceive is to relax and let nature takes it course. At some stage, you may need to seek advice from medical professionals. But so many couples will say that it happens when they stopped thinking and stressing about it.

A breakdown in your career or a job loss
Your career can often be your lifeline when it comes to income and your life in general, so you may want to take the tie to be more aware of the direction that you are taking. A job loss can happen when you least expect it. Sometimes business structures change, or line managers come in and you may just not fit within the structure of the business now. You may do things wrong, you may not, but it can also be quite stressful to lose your job unexpectedly. The best thing you can do is see it as an opportunity to make some change in your life. It could be just the push you need to go in a different direction and perhaps learn something new. Sometimes not getting the job you want can also be demoralising, but again it is best to look for a new path and approach it with positivity.

Your health deteriorating
Finally, your health, be that your physical or your mental health can deteriorate at some stage in your life. You may get ill, you may struggle with things, or you may find that you are mentally unprepared for what is to come in your life. Anxiety and depression can hit us at different stages in our lives. When it comes to your health don’t wait. Take action and seek advice to ensure that you get on the right path to recovery sooner rather than later.

Let’s hope that highlighting these things helps you to feel better should you face them in your future.
