Already a favorite, The Croods: A New Age is getting ready for its Blu-Ray + DVD release this February 23. In celebration, they are sharing with us a gallery of delicious Latin recipes with a common ingredient: the banana.

This delicious fruit has a starring role in the film, and its included in several dishes in the Latin culture. After all, it is a very versatile fruit. In Argentina they make fried fritters, in Panama it is used in a stew. In Puerto Rico, we make "guineitos en escabeche".
