And thank the heavens for that!  However, even the most successful and savvy of business women can run into trouble when it comes to packing. The items you’ll want with you vary massively to what you might take on a girls holiday or trip with the family.

1) Business Cards

If you asked 100 business women and men what the most important thing to take on a business trip is, they’d say this. Business cards! Technology may be King these days, but this is one area it hasn’t won on yet. The amount of time it takes to type out your contact details on someone’s phone, iPad or laptop? That’s your name, email

address, phone number, website…? Two minutes or more. The amount of time it takes to hand over all of your details via a card- one second. Save your time- and your potential client, partner or customers time, and remember your business cards. Always pack more than you think you might need, too. They’re not heavy, and you’ll be glad you had them if you need them!

2)Electric Toothbrush

You will be hard pushed to find a Dentist these days who says manual toothbrushes are better than electric ones. That’s because electric toothbrushes are simply the best at keeping your tongue, teeth and gums healthy. They remove stains in a way that keeps your teeth white and prevent things like gum disease. They do this by quite simply being good at what they do- removing dirt and food. They’re also fantastic for giving you and allowing you to maintain good breath. 3)Portable Charger

Public plug sockets are popping up all over the place these days; trains, planes and cafes. But even still, there is never enough to go around. At the same time, our phones are getting more and more advanced. The more they can do, the less the battery can last. This leaves us 

with a big dilemma. Our phones are of critical importance, the battery runs flat fast, and there are not enough places to recharge it. Disaster. Thankfully, this disaster no longer has to apply to you. Portable chargers are no longer irritatingly heavy and bulky like they used to be. They’re also not as prohibitively expensive as they were in the beginning. Invest in a good one, that holds charge for several days (or even weeks) and take it everywhere with you. Not only will you be glad of it, but you may even be able to help out a fellow business woman in need!
