  • If you are apple-shaped the idea is to draw attention away from your waist and elongate the appearance of your torso. You should opt for a dress with a drop or empire waist so it re-defines your waistline.
  • For pear-shaped women, it is a good idea to go for a dress that has an A-line skirt, but make sure it is not too short or full. Plunging V-neck dresses also work well, as they draw attention away from the lower half of your body.
  • Plus sized women aren’t advised to wear baggy dresses, as these will simply make you look bigger than you are, instead a wrap dress is a good option.
  • Women with a big bust are advised to wear a dress with an A-line skirt if they want to balance out a smaller lower body, or if you want to accentuate your bust area you should opt for a halter-top but be mindful of the fabric you choose, as you will want something that skims your body.
  • If you have a small bust a bandeau or scoop neck dress can look beautiful. You should also consider dresses with adornments, such as sequins, around the bust area, as this will add a little dimension up top.

Colour – The next thing you should consider is the colour of the dress. The great thing about clubbing is that there are no rules – you can go for something as bright and exciting as you like. Black is often a popular colour for party dresses, as it is slimming and sexy. If you are worried you will look boring in black, why not go for one of the fun and vibrant wigs for white women? From candy pink to fiery red, there are many different colours available that will look great against a black dress.

Dress For The Occasion – Most party venues will have a dress code in place and it is essential that you follow this. Fabric – The fabric of the dress is also important; you will want to go for something of a relatively good quality, as cheap fabrics can cling to your skin and make people look bigger than they are. Pick your destination
This is the hard part, but it’s also the funnest (sorry, you win some, you lose some). You need to decide which destination is going to give you and your girlfriends everything you’re looking for in a holiday, so you should spend a while thinking about this. Somebody may have to compromise here, especially if they’re the only person wanting to go on a skiing trip. Sorry, but you’ll only be needing your bikini this time if everybody else is looking to catch some rays during your ultimate girls-only trip.

Budget, and budget some more
You’re going to need some dough if this is going to be the holiday that you’ve all been waiting for, but it may not be as stressful as you think. If you can sort out your monthly budgeting, then you’ll have a lot more than you expected when your trip actually comes around, so hold back on the Starbucks lunches for a few months if you really want to see the difference. If you’re a budgeting novice, then getting a budget app is a good place to start.

Decide how you’re going to get around
Hiring a car could add to the fun of your best friend getaway, but if your girls are fond of some lunchtime cocktails, then it probably isn’t the best idea. Plan everything ahead, and make sure that you all have the budget to cover the transportation for the duration of your holiday. You don’t have to hire a personal driver to get you around, but if you need to get cabs, then look into how much your plans are going to cost you, and whether they’re practical. Choose whether a package deal suits you
A package holiday could be a good idea if you and your girls know what you want, and where you want to stay. They don’t have to be all-inclusive of food and drinks if you want to explore the local area instead, but if you simply want to relax and have a good chit-chat for a week, then recharging your batteries with a package holiday may be a good idea. Obviously, this may not work out if you all want to go to Tbilisi, but for more conventional holidays, look into the package deals out there.

There is definitely a list of things to consider when booking a holiday with your girlfriends, but whatever you choose, have a great time! Remember, those moments are keepsakes for your heart.

We all crave a nice white smile, yet over time as we age our teeth are subject to a process of wear and tear.  In this sense, we often find ourselves with teeth that go from being bright white to a more dull yellow colour.  Additionally, as a result of the wear and tear caused by plaque, we find ourselves having dental work such as fillings and root canal treatment that create a less than perfect smile - particularly if the filling is metallic rather than white.

Similarly, our smile is subject to orthodontic issues such as tooth overcrowding and crooked teeth, which if not sorted out as a teenager through the use of a remedial orthodontic brace, for instance, our confidence can be affected in later life.

The reason we all crave the “perfect smile” is because our teeth are so prominent in terms of our communication with others - it’s where people look to, in addition to your eyes, to communicate with you.  The inference a less than perfect smile makes is not a positive one,

Every guy has that one program or just something that they love to watch all the time. As a couple, there are some things that you happily watch together, and there are others that you just don’t get one bit. So, a great way to show how much you care is to watch their favorite show - even if you hate it. This might mean you end up having to watch anime and look confused the whole time, or you’re watching YouTube vLogs and not really getting the humor, or you could just be watching a sport. Cooking dinner for your boyfriend sounds as stereotypical as it comes, but it’s an excellent way to show your feelings. Especially when it’s unprovoked and a total surprise to them. Acne is something we all experience as we grow up, in varying cases and extremities. I’ll kick things off with an idea that’s helped me a lot in life. If you’re like me, then you’ll be going through a phase where you almost dress for other people. You wear clothes that you think other people will like, as you don’t want to stand out and you’re eager to get compliments. Often, this means you wear things that you don’t always feel comfortable in, which can harm your confidence. Instead, start dressing for yourself. Whenever you’re buying clothes or putting on an outfit, wear something that you feel comfortable in. Being comfortable in your clothes is the first step to being more confident and feeling beautiful inside and out. It’s a simple concept, but it works wonders. 
Treat yourself to something fancy
Sometimes, we all need a little bit of retail therapy to make ourselves feel a bit better. There’s something so nice about buying something fancy that puts a smile on our face. You could buy jewelry online, pick up a new handbag from a designer website, get yourself some brand new activewear, or even buy some makeup that you’ve been eager to get for ages. Whatever it is that makes you happy, go out and buy it. We all deserve a treat once in a while, and you will be amazed at how beneficial it is to your overall wellbeing. ​​

One of the best ways to make you feel better about yourself is to go out and exercise. Hit the gym and spend half an hour working out, then tell me how you feel. Trust me when I say that you’ll feel like a different person. Your mood changes and you look at your sweaty self in the mirror and feel so happy because you’ve done something positive. The best thing is, the more you work out, the better you feel. Staying active and living a healthy lifestyle is the key to self-love and confidence!
Go on an unfollowing spree
Lastly, this is a piece of advice I heard someone say in a YouTube video recently. Basically, we’re all guilty of following accounts on Instagram that might post unrealistic photos that end up making you feel bad. They almost set a standard for beauty that you just can’t realistically hit because the pictures are photoshopped and edited to hell. So, one thing you can do is go down your feed and unfollow anyone that doesn’t make you feel good about yourself. Decleanse your timeline of negativity, fill it with positivity, and social media can start having a positive impact on your life!

Our skin is perhaps the most overt thing we see about ourselves. There’s always been a complex battle of whether or not we feel attached to our bodies as our minds can often feel like who we really are. The body is a vassal as many philosophers have said throughout history which is true. We look at flaws on our bodies and don’t feel as they are own own but rather the fault of the body. Skin is the largest organ we have but we don’t ever consider that this is the case. 
Think about how complex this is and how much work has to be put in to make sure we stay healthy no matter our age or work ethic. More and more people are becoming aware that where our skin has traffic jams, is where we see signs of aging the most. Getting Through Your First Semester of College

Starting college with lots of other students you do not know can be nerve-racking. The first thing to remember though is that most of them are in the same position as you, and probably just as nervous. Getting through the first semester is the worst, as by the end of it they will no longer be strangers.

Once you have made friends and got into the college routine life will become easier. If you are off to college soon, here are a few tips that might help you.

When You Are In Your Room, Keep Your Door Open
Keeping your door open is like an invitation for other students to come in and introduce themselves. You may be surprised by how many will pop in to say hi, and that can be the first step to making friends.

By the same token, if you pass someone else’s door that has been left open, don’t be afraid to speak to them. They are just doing the same as you, and at the end of the day, everyone wants to make new friends. 

Use The Laundry Facilities
Use the laundry facilities your college offers as you are bound to come across other students doing the same. Things such as doing your laundry can easily be a way of making new acquaintances. It will also make sure you have clean clothes.


Consider Joining Societies
Societies are a great way of connecting with other students, and you may well learn things that will help you manage college life. Most colleges have societies of some sort. You can read more here to see just how useful they can be. If you choose the right one, you could be set up for life.

There are usually societies for all different interests, and it is not a bad idea to join one that is dedicated to something you know very little about. By doing this you will widen your circle of acquaintances, and it is never a bad thing to put on your CV after your studies are finished. Employers are often attracted to people who have done more than just their studies,

Plan Your Money
You have to make your money last. That will happen if you prepare a budget, and stick to it. Make a list of everything you are going to have to pay out first, and set that money to one side., Whatever is left is yours for food, entertainments book, travel and anything else you have to do. It is best to split it into equal amounts for the length of your first semester. It may not be a great deal, but by doing it this way you will not get to the last few weeks with nothing left at all.


Even if you manage to find a few hours work each week does not mean you will have more money than you need. You have to remember that there are times you will not be able to do it, such as revision periods just before exams. You should always treat it as extra money and save as much of it as you can. If you become reliant on what you can earn, you will be heading for financial disaster. In fact, the sensible thing to do would be to save half and use the other half if it makes life easier. Then at times when you cannot work, you will have some money to fall back on

Make Sure Not To Neglect Your Studies
This one might sound obvious, but once you get caught up in college life it is very easy to neglect your studies. With parties and many other events, you will sometimes just have to say no. You are there to earn qualifications, and you will regret it if you get to the end and fail because you did not study enough. Don’t let anyone push you into going out when you know you have work to do, or you just don’t feel like it. No one will know better than you what you have to do, so trust yourself and say no if you need to.

Study Buddies
Study buddies can make it so much easier to motivate yourself to get down to work. You are no longer just letting you down if you are not studying as much as you should, and this is a great way of making new friends. One for each subject is the ideal, especially the more difficult ones.

Give Yourself Enough Time
You will not be able to get from one side of the college to the other in under a minute, so don’t try to. Give yourself enough time to get to the classes so you are not stressed out before the lesson even starts. Tutors will not like it if you interrupt lessons by being late, so do not let yourself be.

Have Some You Time
College life can be very busy. With classes, studying, parties, meals, laundry and everything else you have to do they will not be much time just for you. However, you time is vitally important. You need time to just relax and do whatever you want, even if that is only for a couple of hours each week.

That time should be spent on anything other than college work so that you have a complete break from it.

Always Be Yourself
Never try to be someone you are not. Every person is unique, and everyone has his or her good and not so good traits. No one is worth worrying yourself over because there is something about you they do not like. If anyone cannot accept you as you are, that is their loss, not yours. Always be yourself.

Trust Your Own Instincts
This could be the first time you are in charge of your own destiny. There could well be situations where you parents might have stopped you getting involved while you were at home. Now it is up to you to trust your own instincts. If something does not feel right, walk away. Don’t let anyone push you into anything you know is wrong, as you will regret later.

I'm sure that you are already pretty clued up about your own health. Most women usually are, especially when you compare them to men. Not only that, though, but women are a lot more likely to follow healthy diets and get enough exercise. Men, on the other hand, have a reputation for being not quite as healthy. What's more, men are a lot less likely to book an appointment with their doctor to get necessary regular checkups or to pop into get some symptoms checked out.

So, why are men so much worse than women when it comes to looking after themselves? No one quite knows, to be honest, but it could be something to do with their pride. But whatever the reason, it is something that needs to be changed. Men's health is just as important as women's, so you might want to start to remind your partner to get regular health checks to make sure that he is in peak condition. 

Here are a few checks that can greatly help improve any man's health.

Fertility Checks
If you are currently trying for a baby, you should both consider getting a fertility check up. This will then flag up any potential health issues that could be preventing you from conceiving. Your partner should think about getting a sperm analysis to ensure that there are no problems in that department. If he has a low sperm count, then it could prove to be very difficult to conceive. Thankfully, though, there are a few things that a fertility clinic can do to solve that problem. So, if you are currently trying to conceive or will be starting in the near future, it's a good idea to get a fertility check to ensure that neither of you will be causing any problems.

Prostate Exam
One of the most important checks for men to carry out on a regular basis is a prostate exam. By checking his prostate, your man will be able to make sure that there are no lumps that could be cancerous tumours. Prostate cancer is one of the biggest killers amongst men, so there is no wonder why this exam is so necessary. Your partner will be able to do this examination himself at home, and can then get in touch with a doctor if he finds anything suspicious. However, there are some men who prefer to just go to their doctor to carry out the exam. Generally speaking, young men just need to examine their prostate every two years. Middle aged men should do so more regularly. If your partner ever experiences rectal bleeding, pain in his backside, or gets constipated, it could be a sign that there is something wrong with his prostate and should get it checked out straight away.

Weight And BMI
We all know that we need to stay as trim as possible, but it can be all too easy to let things slip a little and start to pile on the pounds. So, it's a good idea to keep on reminding your partner to weigh himself every now and then so he can keep track of his weight. If he ever notices his weight gradually start to rise, he will need to get a bit more active or start to watch what he eats. It's also worth your partner tracking his BMI as well. Blood Pressure
Your man will also need to keep a close eye on his blood pressure. Young men won't need to worry about this as long as they are fairly healthy and not overweight as it is more of an issue for men once they hit middle age. So, if your partner is slightly older, you will need to ensure he is going to the doctor for a regular blood pressure test. It's also necessary for overweight young men to get this test as well as they will be at an increased risk. Not only that, though, but men who are under a lot of pressure and are very stressed will also have an increased risk in high blood pressure. If that sounds like your partner, he will need to get checked to make sure his blood pressure isn't at a dangerous level!

These days, there is an increased awareness of mental health, and we all know that it is best to seek help with any mental health issues rather than ignore them and allow them to develop. Thanks to all this increased awareness, men are a lot more likely to seek help when they struggle with their mental health. It's best to reassure your partner that you will always listen to him whenever he needs someone to talk to. It's also good to encourage them to seek professional help whenever necessary.
Heart Health Checks
As men get older, their hearts start to age and there is a much larger chance of them developing a heart condition. Thankfully, regular checks can help find any potential issues in the very early stages. That can help your partner can the right medical attention to prevent any potential conditions from being too serious.

As you can see then, there are a lot of medical checks that your partner will need throughout his life. Help each other with health reminders.
