Could You Be Doing More to Care For Your Smile?

8/26/2016

We hear the term anti-aging a lot these days. We hear it in terms of beauty products and how we can look younger and reverse the signs of aging. Do you know that there are more than just wrinkles and finding grey hairs that can age use? Our dental health is also a factor that we need to consider. How our teeth look can certainly age us, which I don’t think many of us do think about.

So how can we make sure that we are taking care of our smile?

Back to
the Basics

It might sound simple, but we do need to make sure that we are brushing our teeth at least twice a day. We should floss in between our teeth regularly, as well as use a mouthwash. I think we would be all surprised to find out how many people don’t do these basic things on a regular basis. As we brush regularly, it helps to fight the bacteria that is in our mouth and on our gums. Then we can destroy plaque and keep our teeth strong. As teeth age, they can become dry and brittle. That means they are much more likely to chip and crack. But having a good oral health routine will avoid that and reduce the chances of your teeth drying out.

Avoid Certain Foods and Substances

Regular Checkups

Another basic thing that we need to do is to see our dentist regularly. Even if you don’t think that you have anything wrong with your teeth, it is important to be seen. It is much easier to deal with problems as they arise, rather than have to deal with larger problems. Every six months to a year is recommended but ask your dentist specifically.

Toothbrush

If you want your teeth to keep looking bright, shiny and white, then there are some things that you should avoid. First of all, think about stopping smoking. Cigarette smoke can age your teeth massively. It can yellow your teeth, as well as making the saliva in your mouth less effective against the acid in your mouth. So it needs to be avoided at all costs. Other things to avoid are things that can stain your teeth. Red wine is one of those things. Our teeth are quite porous and do absorb what we consume. This is especially true if our teeth and enamel on them are weak. Think what spilling red wine will do to a white carpet. It will pretty much do the same to your teeth. If you are looking to whiten your teeth, then there are options for you. It will help to make your smile sparkle again. If you’re interested, then I suggest reading this article to learn a little more.
The best toothbrush to get is one with soft bristles. The jury is still out as to whether electric toothbrushes are best or not. If you get a little bit lazy with brushing your teeth, then an electric toothbrush might be the best idea. Be sure to use toothpaste with fluoride too.

Everything You Need To Do To Improve Your Studying Technique

The new high school and college year is just around the corner. You’ve got another year of working hard and studying ahead. It may seem daunting right now, but once you achieve your high grades, you’ll be super happy you put in all that hard work.

But how do you get those good grades in the first place? The best way is to develop a killer studying technique. If you couple that with a regular routine, you won’t go too far wrong. Interested in making your studying completely watertight?

Here are some of my best tips to help you nail your studying technique.

Taking A Break Is Important

No matter how little time you have left to study for an exam, you should always give yourself plenty of breaks. Even if you are doing a quick twenty minutes of revision, it is imperative you break up the block of work. These breaks can be as little as a couple of minutes running down into the kitchen to grab a drink. Science shows that working out can be a great way to break up your studies. It allows you to completely forget about your work. Not only that, though, but you’ll feel extremely rejuvenated when you go back and hit the books!

Ignore The Internet

Group Study Helps

There are lots of distractions trying to coax you away from your work online. So don’t go on the Internet while you are meant to be studying. However, there will be some situations when going online is necessary for your work. There are a few different apps you can download onto your computer that will stop you from going on things like Facebook and Twitter. It can also be worth putting your smartphone in a different room so that you aren’t tempted to use that while you study.
If you are finding it difficult to motivate yourself to study, you might be more proactive working and revising in a group. Get a few of your friends round so that you can hit the books together! You can help each other to understand the tricky topics. To make sure your group really gets down to business, you should set yourselves some goals. As long as you don’t turn this into a social meeting, you should find this a very successful way to study!

Double Check Everything

When you are writing coursework, you need to make sure all your facts are 100% accurate. If not, your grades could come tumbling down! No matter how desperate you are for some extra information to go in your essay, don’t put anything in that you read on Wikipedia. It isn’t always that reliable. You need to also make sure that your essays aren’t going to be picked up for plagiarism. Sometimes, it’s too easy to plagiarize someone else’s work without meaning to. Thankfully, a plagiarism checker can help you spot this happening.

Put On
Your Favorite Tunes

Music is a great stress reliever. Next time your studies are getting you down and making your feel anxious, put on some of your favorite tunes! Different music will work best for different people. Some of you might find it tricky working to music with lyrics. So try and find some tunes that don’t have lyrics that you can get caught up in. Classical music and jazz are often the best types of music to study to.

Up Your Omega 3 Intake

Your brain needs to be in top condition if you want it to be able to absorb all those facts and nuggets of information! And the best way to give it a helping hand is to ensure your diet is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids. You will find these in various foods such as nuts, oily fish, and olive oil. If you don’t think you are getting enough of these, you should start taking a daily supplement. Some studies have shown that taking both Omega 3 and Omega 6 before an exam can help you reduce your anxiety and stress levels!

Inhale Fresh Fragrances

Some studies also show that aromatherapy can really help students cram all the knowledge they need to. So rather than studying in a musty library, think about turning your bedroom into a mini spa! And inhaling some essential oils, such as lavender, can help reduce your stress before you enter the exam room!

Worried about the next college or high school year? You should ace it with flying colors now thanks to this blog post!

Get Beyonce's Confidence With This Guide

8/25/2016

If you’ve ever seen Beyonce when she sings or on stage, you’ll know that she’s got an insane amount of confidence. Whatever she seems to do, and whatever she seems to be wearing, she just rocks it! Do you want to claim some of Beyonce’s confidence for your own? This guide will help you!

This guide will help you!

Create An Alter Ego

If you know anything about Beyonce, you’ll know that she has an alter ego. Years ago, she created the alter ego ‘Sasha Fierce’, so that she could really exude confidence while she performed on stage. She said that she channeled Sasha to help her feel amazing while she did her thing. If it helps you, you can do this too. Ask yourself, what would your alter ego do? It’s basically faking it until you make it!

Love Yourself Now

Instead of thinking you’ll love yourself later on, love yourself now. People say all kinds of things. They’ll be happy when they have a boyfriend. They’ll be happy when they’ve lost 10 pounds. They’ll be happy when they have longer hair. Don’t do the same! Why delay your happiness when you can love yourself right now, regardless of the way you look? When you do this, everything else will seem to fall into place. This isn’t to say that the way you look isn’t important. If something is bothering you, then by all means, do something about it. But don’t let it stop you from being happy. You can look here for ideas.

Don’t APOLOGIZE For Who You Are

Picture
source image
Beyonce wears some risky things on the red carpet and on stage. But does she feel the need to explain herself? Does she look self conscious? No! She rocks it, because that’s who she is. Never apologise for who you are. As long as you’re being true to yourself, your real life will start and you’ll have amazing confidence.

Big Yourself Up

People seem to be so afraid of admitting that they even like themselves, let alone love themselves! Some people have self hatred down to a fine art. They talk badly about themselves in their head, and to others. They compare themselves to others and just don’t feel like they are enough. Stop! The more you repeat something, no matter how you do it, the more you actually start to believe it.
If you want to feel confident and amazing, tell yourself a different story. Focus on the things you like, and the things you're good at. Big yourself up! That’s what Beyonce does in pretty much all of her songs! She’s all for girl power and loving herself, so you should be too. When you train yourself to think this way naturally, your whole life will take a positive turn.

Essential Cost-Cutting Ideas To Save You From Student Debt

8/24/2016

Picture
The fact that students don't have a lot of money is a fact so well-known that it's become a part of pop culture. The joke is as ubiquitous as it is unfunny: student years are spent eating noodles, amassing debt and trying to get a qualification in the midst of it all.

Before you embark on your studies for this fall, set a few hours aside to think about finance. Even if you take a job, it's unlikely you'll be able to work full-time hours, juggle classes and studying for exams. So rather than just hoping you'll find some way to wing it, prepare yourself by looking at the areas of spending you can cut back on.
The first adjustment should be to your expectations. It's not a fun reality check, but it's a necessary one. You're not going to be able to live to the same standard as you were at home. Premium TV, home cooked meals, and a new outfit every weekend are going to be out of your reach. Look at it like this: the average graduating student debt is $28,000. It's a sum of money so high that it's almost fanciful, like playing with Monopoly money. But it's real, and every cent you borrow will have to be paid back.

There are several areas you can look at to cut costs.

Food

Picture
You don't have to live on noodles and nothing else, but you do need to be a savvy shopper. Extreme couponing is great if you have some math skills and the time to spend hunting deals. You can save literally thousands of dollars for a little extra work a week. Also try visiting stores right before they close, when food will be being reduced for the close of business.

Personal Hygiene

Entertainment

The extreme couponing can apply here, too. Deodorant, hair products, and even makeup can be found at discounted prices if you're happy to look for them. If not, you can look for "dupes" of more expensive brands. There's plenty of recommendations online, with people swearing products a third of the price give the same impact.
It's a rare student who can afford a TV package and, depending on your budget, paid streaming services could be a stretch. Instead, go for free options with a ShowBox App Download or tube sites you can browse online. If you use these with friends, you can cut down on the cost of movie trips as well.

School Supplies

Picture
Textbooks are notoriously expensive. A study in 2014 found that students can spend up to $1200 per school year just on books and other supplies. Prices have grown by 82% and are set to continue to rise. Buying used, older books is not always possible as new editions are published every few years.
The answer here is to switch to digital editions. You may need to spend on the upfront cost of a reader, but it will be canceled out by up to 53% saved on the purchase price. You can also rent rather than buy textbooks, which is ideal for those only relevant to one part of your course.

Happy (low cost) studying!

Musings On What Teens Should Do To Get Ahead In Life

8/24/2016

Being a teenager in the early 21st century isn’t exactly what you might call worry free. We’re under pressure like never before to perform and do well in everything we do. It’s not that we’re averse to doing well. And we’re certainly not without our talents as a generation. But it’s hard to enjoy the moment when you know so much is riding on your decisions. The bottom line? We need to make good decisions early on if we’re going to be able to get what we want out of life.

So what should we do?

Build Up People Skills

Have you ever been around somebody who is really successful? They’re almost always outwardly focused people. When you talk to them, they seem genuinely curious about you and what you’re doing. Sometimes, it can feel a bit embarrassing. After all, what’s so interesting about your life? But you’re nevertheless drawn in by their interest in you.
Picture
Source: pixabay.com
It might seem a bit daunting, but there’s nothing to stop you from doing the same. Practicing being curious in other people and what they’re doing will go a long way to improving the impression you create. And, as we all know, impressions are important.

Learn English To A High Standard

English, they say, is the language of business. And there’s a good reason for this. English contains more words for more technical subjects than any other language in the world. What that means in practice is that people can express themselves better in English than they can in practically any other language. Have you ever watched a foreign TV channel and noticed the odd English word blurted out from time to time? It’s because of the language’s universal appeal.
Picture
Source: www.pexels.com
Going to English classes and learning to speak English fluently is, therefore, a great tool to have in your toolkit. When you want a job in the future, your ability to tell people your ideas will be a major consideration. Being able to speak and use English could be what lands you a job in your dream industry.

Manage Your Money

Managing your money is one of most important life skills you can have. It’s all about deferring gratification. In other words, you don’t just go out and blow your money straight away on the things you want. Instead, you wait a while, putting money aside for a rainy day.
Picture
Source: www.flickr.com
But how can you practice managing your money? Well, one thing you can do is open a saving account. Accounts, where you don't have immediate access to your money tend to be the best. For one, you can’t fall prey to temptation and just withdraw all your savings. The other reason is that they tend to pay more interest, which is good if you’ve got a big college bill to pay.

Learn To Cook

Cooking is at the heart of what it means to be a human being. After all, people have been cooking for hundreds of thousands of years. And it’s important that we learn how to do it. Not cooking is one of the reasons why so many of us are overweight. And it’s one of the reasons why we’ve never got any money. Take out is way more expensive than home-cooked. Buzzfeed has some great cooking ideas to get you started.

Family Friendly Fun For Vacations In Vegas

8/17/2016

A lot of people might not consider Las Vegas for a family vacation. Known as ‘Sin City’ for the large presence of alcohol and gambling, this is a destination usually reserved for bachelor parties. But Las Vegas offers all kinds of entertainment, for people of all ages. This can actually be one of the most exciting places for a family vacation.

Here are some of the things you try out while vacationing in Las Vegas with your family.

Stay In The Best Accommodation

Las Vegas is known for some of the most luxurious accommodation in the land. There are high and brightly lit hotels that overlook the strip. However, while most of these hotels are designed to let you go downstairs and gamble, you might want something tamer for a family trip.

You can still get the luxury without the high price. There a lot of apartments and condos with fancy rooms and nice balconies for a perfect stay. So instead of going for one of the big hotels, rejuvenate yourself with hot vacation rentals in Las Vegas. You can get great views of Vegas and a place for your whole family to sleep.

Check Out The Theme Parks

Las Vegas isn’t just for partying- there’s a ton of kid-friendly attractions you can enjoy during the day. The Adventuredome features 25 rides and attractions, with some themed around children’s cartoon characters.

If you’re looking for somewhere to cool off, try out Wet’n’Wild. This is Nevada’s biggest waterpark. It has slides, pools and rides suitable for all age groups, so it’s ideal for a family day out.

See The Unique Attractions

You’re not restricted to just theme park. Las Vegas offers a lot of unique events and attractions your family will love. If you’re a fan of CSI, MGM Grand offers CSI: The Experience, which puts you in the shoes of a crime scene investigator.

Other unique attractions include a Comedy Pet Theater with live animals and Hershey’s Chocolate World. Las Vegas also has a Madame Tussauds. Being known as The Entertainment Capital of the World has its perks, so there’s more than enough family activities.

Do Some Thrill Seeking

There’s plenty of fun to be had for thrill seekers in Las Vegas. There are lots of places for bungee-jumping, zip lining and even some indoor skydiving attractions.

If you’re looking for something closer to ground, you could also try go-karting. The amusement parks offer some great rollercoasters too, so Vegas is truly a thrill seeker’s city.

Go Shopping

There are a lot of shopping centers and malls in Vegas for those who want to indulge themselves in a little retail therapy. Many also offer special events, such as runway shows in the aptly named ‘Fashion Show’ mall.

The best shopping center for a family day out is Town Square. It offers over 1.5 million square feet with shops, restaurants, cinemas and a huge arcade. Children can also have fun in the outdoor play area. In the summer, Town Square also offer free, outdoor movie viewings, so there’s plenty to do here for your whole holiday!

What's Happening To Your Body?

8/16/2016

Have you ever looked closely at your Mother or Grandmother and wondered if you’ll look like them in a few decades? There is no reason why you won’t. But there is no reason why you have to. Some medical professionals, nutrition specialists and personal trainers claim we can live healthier, longer lives than the generations that came before us.

Whether it’s true or not, it’s always worth considering what will happen to our bodies as we age from
decade to decade.

Most of us in our teens or early twenties are doing our best to enjoy life. Sure, we might be trying to get a good education or establish a great career. But fun is high up on our agenda. So why is it our parents and grandparents are forever telling us to slow down and consider the future? Can what we do right now really have that big an impact on our bodies in fifty years time? Surely there is time to enjoy a few lates now and worry about health later?

Picture

Teens

The biggest changes in our bodies occur when we hit our teens. If we’re underweight or overweight, this can delay puberty. It can also wreak havoc with our early menstrual cycles. And a poor diet may contribute to acne-ridden skin. Most of these problems are hormone related. We get
moody and teary. But what we eat can be responsible for messing up those hormones. If you want a balanced, focussed and healthy mind and body, maybe eating a balanced diet can help.

Some doctors still say that poor nutrition during the teenage years can lead to a shorter stature and later puberty onset. But how is this going to be a problem later in life? The teenage years are notorious for being unpleasant and difficult. And we all move on and forget about the worst of it. However, some studies are showing that an obsession with eating habits in our teens can lead to a lifetime of bad eating choices.

Twenties

Once we reach our twenties we are fully grown. Our early twenties are the best years for physical prowess. We are at our strongest and most agile physically during these few years. We are also at our most fertile, although few women feel ready to start families at the age of twenty. Mentally we are maturing rapidly, although the change in our social structures may be responsible for that.
Picture
We are also keen to enjoy our bodies most at this age. The inhibitions and shyness of the teenage years has gone. While we’re not necessarily ready to settle down, we’re keen to experience as much as possible. As we near the end of our twenties, it’s possible that some of the signs of aging are starting to show themselves already.

Thirties

Picture
Babies can be really hard work, and it will show on your face and body. A lack of physical fitness before and after pregnancy can make it really difficult to get your body back. Once you become a parent, you’ll find you’re more concerned about healthy eating and exercise than ever.
You may also start to become concerned about your career options and pension, especially if you have a mortgage. This is why the late thirties can be one of the most stressful times in your life. Stress is just one of the things that can contribute to the signs of aging. By the end of the thirties, you may be trying to maintain a healthy weight while juggling parenthood, marriage and a career. It’s not going to be easy, and you may wish you had taken more care in your younger years.

Forties

During the forties, your body will dramatically change again. As your era of fertility comes to an end, the hormones in your body will wreak havoc with your appearance and moods. Fortunately, there are many ways you can help reduce their impact. Some people try nutrition-based programs like cenegenics to prevent the signs of aging that are common during this decade. Others try more radical ideas like cosmetic surgery.

Your body will age noticeably during this decade. Bones will weaken, muscles will lose their tone, and skin will sag more. Good eating habits and exercise habits established earlier in life will stand you in good stead now. Now is also the time to consider changing your hair and skin products for those that are designed for older skin.

Fifties

and Sixties

The family has grown up and moved on, and you may have more time for yourself. This might invigorate you and help you relish life. Or it might have the opposite effect. As your body slows down, you may feel more lethargic and less lively. With no kids to look after, it can be easy to spend less time being physically active. You may also be approaching the end of your working life. Perhaps you're considering how you want to spend your retirement.

Your body may be aching a lot more than it used to. This can be due to early arthritis problems. You should also consider your heart health and risk of stroke or diabetes. The hormone changes during your forties may have increased your risk. Keep in touch with your doctor. There are links between poor health in younger life with poor health in retirement.

Seventy Plus

Picture
Now you are retired, you have far more time on your hands. This time can be spent enjoying new activities, or resurrecting old ones. By now your body will be noticeably aged. You may have deep lines and wrinkles all over your face and body. Age spots may be evident on skin that is most exposed to sunlight. And your hair may have thinned, leaving your scalp more exposed to harmful UV rays.

There are many older people of this age and beyond that still enjoy very active lives. Many of these people were very active throughout their lives from their teen years. Will you be enjoying that extra drink on Saturday night, or planning for the next fifty years?

Start Embracing Your Imperfections Today!

8/16/2016

When you look in the mirror what do you see? Do you see the beautiful woman that your friends and family regard you as? Or do you see something else entirely?  Women of all ages are often dissatisfied with that they see looking back at them in the mirror. This can cause low self-esteem and force them to take drastic measures when it comes to their appearance. Instead of
seeing how amazing they are, they tend to focus purely on what they deem as imperfections.

However, once you start accepting your body and these so-called imperfections, your entire life can change for the better.

Try these three techniques and
start loving yourself just the way you are today.

Picture

Realize how

AMAZING YOUR BODY IS

Talk to

A SUPPORTIVE FRIEND

We all have negative feelings towards our body from time to time. We may be fixated on how it looks but many of us take for granted all of the incredible things it does for us. From being able to see to tasting delicious food, we have a lot to thank our body for. So when you start thinking about how much you hate your things or arms, name something that you love about your body instead. This will help to alter your mindset and banish these thoughts of negativity from your mind. Start giving your body the care and attention it needs and it shouldn’t take long for you to start seeing how amazing it is.
If you are feeling down about your appearance, always talk to someone about it. Discuss how you feel with a supportive friend or family member, either face to face or via email. Sometimes it can be easier to write down how you are feeling rather than speaking about it openly. These discussions aren’t always the easiest. But keeping your emotions locked up can make you feel worse. Your friend might be able to offer their advice and support during this difficult time. They may even have had similar feelings themselves that they can talk to you about. This could provide you with a different perspective and make you feel more positively about yourself. It will also show you that you are not the only person dealing with emotions which can provide immense comfort.
Picture

Don’t act on impulse

When you’re self-conscious or hate a part of your body, it can be easy to act impulsively. You might book yourself in for a nonsurgical nose job or a breast augmentation before you’ve really thought things through. Cosmetic surgery is not always the option, especially if done for the wrong reasons. It’s often also something you cannot reverse, and it could make you even more miserable about how you look. You should consider whether your dislike for part of your appearance may be related to something else. Perhaps you’ve been comparing yourself to your friend, or you’re worried about starting a new job. Once you’ve determined the cause, your hatred of your appearance should decrease significantly.
Fully embracing your imperfections and changing the way you perceive yourself may take time. But making the decision to change your mindset is a positive and crucial first step.

Business Women, Here Are The 3 Most Important Items You'll Want With You On A Work Trip

8/12/2016

Picture
Source: Picture link
It’s 2016, and girls officially run the world. These days, if you want to be a business woman, you can be. And thank the heavens for that!  However, even the most successful and savvy of business women can run into trouble when it comes to packing. The items you’ll want with you vary massively to what you might take on a girls holiday or trip with the family.

Whether you’ve got your first ever work trip coming up or your 600th, read on to check out which THREE items you should double check you’ve packed!

1) Business Cards

If you asked 100 business women and men what the most important thing to take on a business trip is, they’d say this. Business cards! Technology may be King these days, but this is one area it hasn’t won on yet. The amount of time it takes to type out your contact details on someone’s phone, iPad or laptop? That’s your name, email
Picture
Image link
address, phone number, website…? Two minutes or more. The amount of time it takes to hand over all of your details via a card- one second. Save your time- and your potential client, partner or customers time, and remember your business cards. Always pack more than you think you might need, too. They’re not heavy, and you’ll be glad you had them if you need them!

2)Electric Toothbrush

You will be hard pushed to find a Dentist these days who says manual toothbrushes are better than electric ones. That’s because electric toothbrushes are simply the best at keeping your tongue, teeth and gums healthy. They remove stains in a way that keeps your teeth white and prevent things like gum disease. They do this by quite simply being good at what they do- removing dirt and food. They’re also fantastic for giving you and allowing you to maintain good breath. Bad breath is the last thing you want when interacting with different people on a work trip. So, make sure you pack yours. If you don’t already have one, look on this link for a handy review guide.

3)Portable Charger

Public plug sockets are popping up all over the place these days; trains, planes and cafes. But even still, there is never enough to go around. At the same time, our phones are getting more and more advanced. The more they can do, the less the battery can last. This leaves us
with a big dilemma. Our phones are of critical importance, the battery runs flat fast, and there are not enough places to recharge it. Disaster. Thankfully, this disaster no longer has to apply to you. Portable chargers are no longer irritatingly heavy and bulky like they used to be. They’re also not as prohibitively expensive as they were in the beginning. Invest in a good one, that holds charge for several days (or even weeks) and take it everywhere with you. Not only will you be glad of it, but you may even be able to help out a fellow business woman in need!

Health Mistakes People Make When They Are Young (That They Regret Later In Life!)

8/8/2016

We often have the best time when we are young and don’t have a chance to worry about the future. But it’s so important to look after our health when we are young. A lot of young people make vital health mistakes that they regret later in life.

Here are some of the mistakes
you need to know about.

Picture
Source: Pexels

Thinking
they are invisible

One health mistake people make when they are young that they regret later is that they think they are invisible. They think that health issues such as heart attacks and strokes occur when people are older, so they don’t have to worry about it now. But health issues can happen at any time in your life. You need to watch out for signs that something is wrong with your body. Make regular checks so you can spot early if there are any unusual lumps. You need to make sure you go for health checks at the doctors. It’s so important that they can check that everything is okay with your body.

Not looking
after their teeth well

Another health mistake people make when they are young that they regret later is they don’t take care of their teeth well. They think that it doesn’t matter if they don’t go for appointments when they are young. But if you take charge of going for appointments now, you will have fewer issues with your teeth when you are older. You can find many dentists you could go to such as this dentist office here for regular appointments. As well as going to appointments, you need to make sure you are brushing twice a day. You need to floss as well, so you have a lesser chance of having gum disease when you are older.

Not looking
after their skin

An additional health mistake people make when they are young that they regret later in life is not looking after their skin. You need to start a skin routine now so that you age gracefully. If you don’t look after your skin, you will end up with wrinkles and scarring later in life. You should find a skincare routine which works for you as everyone’s skin is different. Make sure you moisturize so your skin stays nice and healthy.

Drinking too much alcohol

Another health mistake people make when they are young that they regret later in life is they drink too much alcohol. They tend to go out binge drinking which can affect your liver over time. You don’t want to end up with liver disease as you drank too much when you were in your 20’s. Therefore,
start cutting back now to ensure you stay healthy as you get age. Stick to the recommended guidelines for drinking, and talk to your doctor if you feel you are addicted.
Remember to make sure you are getting enough sleep when you are young. As this article says, only 29% of millennials said they were getting enough sleep at night. If you don’t have enough sleep, it can lead to weight gain and other health issues. Therefore, try and get more sleep now!
