EVER IMAGINED A SOLUTION TO OVER-POPULATION? 'DOWNSIZING' GIVES YOU A VISUAL

If you've ever come across the smallest conversation on over-population, maybe you've brainstormed a few ideas on how to solve it. But imagine creating a smaller version of you? Sounds unimaginable. I mean where to start, right? Well, Paramount Pictures brings this idea to life in the new comedy, Downsizing.

Starring Kristen Wiig, Matt Damon, Christoph Waltz, and Hong Chau this story involves science and a lot of imagination. Downsizing is  written by Jim Taylor and Alexander Payne-- who also directs the film and served as producer alongside Mark Johnson and Jim Taylor.

Here's a quick synopsis:
Downsizing imagines what might happen if, as a solution to over-population, Norwegian scientists discover how to shrink humans to five inches tall and propose a 200-year global transition from big to small. People soon realize how much further money goes in a miniaturized world, and with the promise of a better life, everyman Paul Safranek (Matt Damon) and wife Audrey (Kristen Wiig) decide to abandon their stressed lives in Omaha in order to get small and move to a new downsized community — a choice that triggers life-changing adventures.
