Gentefied is back for its second season in a more raw form, while still cracking jokes about culo-nary experiences. This season, the Morales cousins fight alongside Pop on his arduous battle to stay in the country, all while dealing with new love, new babies, estranged fathers, and of course, tracking down Bad Bunny at a Halloween party. They'll fight to thrive, but along the way will question where they truly belong in a world made up of borders, family separation, and the potential loss of their beloved taco shop, Mama Fina's. Because what's life without free tacos?

But they ask that you please cover your abuela's eyes when things get steamy and throw in a little side of "sana sana colita de rana" when Gentefied's characters break their hearts.

Impromptu10/4/2021 Willy Calderon is the mastermind behind The L.A. Impromptu Orchestra, a Los Angeles-based orchestra led by the young percussionist, producer, and mix engineer. The L.A. Impromptu Orchestra brings together over 30 of the world's most reputable artists from various Latin music genres including salsa, jazz, son and popular music collaborating for the first time on a single album. The result, L.A. Impromptu, an album that seamlessly fuses Latin rhythms to create a unique and captivating sound like no other. "L.A. Impromptu was born from my heart, my home, my passion. I was inspired to create a band that would showcase all the talented artists on the west coast,” said Calderon. “I wanted this album to represent the best of Los Angeles and to remain a legacy of this period of time in music, of L.A, and of quality production and passion. Actor Bill Pullman narrates the intro to L.A. Impromptu which features an all-star line-up of award-winning artists including Grammy Award-winning Luis Conte, Alex Acuña, Tony Succar, Luisito Quintero and Grammy Award-nominated artist Alberto Salas, as well as, Roberto Quintero, Eliel Lazo, Adonis Panter Calderon, Oscar Ivan Lozano, John Egizi, Diego Camacho, Green Grizz, Hugo Motta, Ostual Serna, Kiwzo Fumero, Lito Hernandez, Jonathan Pintoff, Joe Motter, Luis Manuel Vadel, Anthony Ambriz, Brigido “Macondo” Chaverra, Luis Eric Gonzalez, Edgar Cruz, David Gomez Herrera, Pedro Ramirez, Jaime Andres “Gato” Salazar, Edwin Blas, Carlos Centeno, Andres De Cali, Mahesh Balasooriya, and Steve Giraldo “Mofongo”. Calderon is hopeful to nab a nom for L.A. Impromptu in the Best Tropical Latin Album category when nominations are announced for the 64th GRAMMY Awards on November 23, 2021. “While recording Thriller, Quincy Jones told his musicians, ‘Ok guys, we’re here to save the recorded music industry.’ I believe we’re doing that for Latin music in Los Angeles. A Grammy nomination or win would cement that idea and allow us to spread our music to the world in a time most necessary to do it,” said Calderon. L.A.
