Peanuts is coming to theaters November 6, 2015. We know it's a few months away, but we couldn't help our excitement on sharing the news. 

Based upon the comic strip by Charles M. Schulz, Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Lucy, Linus and the rest of the beloved “Peanuts” gang make their big-screen debut, like they’ve never been seen before, in state of the art 3D animation.  Charlie Brown, the world’s most beloved underdog, embarks upon an epic and heroic quest, while his best pal, the lovable beagle Snoopy, takes to the skies to pursue his arch-nemesis, the Red Baron.  From the imagination of Charles M. Schulz and the creators of the ICE AGE films, THE PEANUTS MOVIE will prove that every underdog has his day.

When we heard all the buzz about Fifty Shades of Grey and what it "represents" we were a little concerned and quite frankly uninterested. But recently some of us at Iconic Chica (those mature and of age) sat down and watched the film. We must admit, "Not what we expected!". A love tale that brings you back to that first time, to that first love. Remember the butterflies? The curiosity? Remember that feeling of if and when it would happen? While we admit that watching this film in a crowd is quite discomforting, it's really difficult to even care who is watching! So if you haven't seen the film and are still skeptical, we highly recommend it. Be sure you're mature enough for a film like this. It contains nudity and a lot sexual terms and positions and things we knew nothing about. You'd be surprised the measures taken by the male in this film, played by the mysterious and incredibly good looking, Jamie Dornan. Mr. Grey intrigues you with his mysteriousness and creates doubt with his dominant ways, but while his dominance can and does become overwhelming, he's also gentle, attentive, and submits himself to a woman he sees unlike any other, Anastasia (played by Dakota Johnson). 

The emotions run wild in Fifty Shades of Grey. You can blame the soundtrack for that one as every song seems effortlessly well placed. We've included the famous song featured in the film, Love Me Like You Do by Ellie Goulding. You can find the full soundtrack on Spotify. 

The reviews for this film are fifty shades mixed, but we encourage you to watch and judge for yourself. Fifty Shades of Grey is now available on BluRay and DVD.
