There are several benefits of traveling the world, and if you can combine it with learning new skills and getting an internationally recognized degree, you are going to improve your employability. 1. New Language
First of all, you will inevitably pick up a new language. It will come useful when you are trying to get a job with an international company that has offices in different parts of the world. As an example, you can get a  bachelor of hospitality management degree at Glion and get an internationally approved qualification. You might be able to find local work or become a manager for a large worldwide hotel or restaurant chain, traveling the world.
2. Different Approach
It is also an important benefit to mention that you will be introduced to a new approach to life, teaching, and community. Not all universities around the world are the same, and spending a few years abroad will open your eyes to new ways of thinking, communicating, and sharing ideas.
3. Cultural Competence
Today, an increasing number of global firms are looking for people who have cultural competence and sensitivity. If you take part in a college exchange project, you will get to know people who live in the country and those who are visiting from other parts of the world. You will get better at understanding cultural cues and communicating according to the other person’s preferences.

4. Communication Skills
When you study abroad, you will be able to improve your communication skills in writing and in person, too. The more situations you face when you are young, the better you can convince your potential employers that you are the right candidate for their needs. When you are alone in a new country, you will need to learn how to get on with people from different walks of life, and this is a skill employers appreciate.
5. Expand Your Interests
If you study abroad and create adventures, you will have more things to talk about with people you meet. When it comes to making your CV stand out and getting recruiters remember you, a work or study experience abroad and an additional language at a native level will make a huge difference. You can talk about the people you met, the things you learned from the different culture. This helps you be more open minded. Talk about these adventures in your interviews and they'll remember you.

Making a decision about your higher education and your future career is probably the most challenging things you will have to do. If you would like to break into a job market that is overcrowded by new graduates, you can increase your personal value by adding foreign courses or experience to your CV.
