Yes, we know that exercise is the best way to achieve a flawless body, but when time is short let shapewear become your new best friend. Loved by many a celebrity, brands such as the revolutionary SPANX pull you in, lift you up and pad you out in all the places. Choose everything from mid thigh shapers to tummy control and full body shape suits to lingerie strap slips. Their underwear supports, shapes and smoothes for the sleekest of silhouettes. Also never underestimate the power of a perfectly fitted bra. If you are unsure of your correct size, then go and get measured by a professional. It can make all the difference to the support you receive. For those wanting cleavage boost, choose bras that are padded, plunge or balconette in style. If you want to enhance your bust on the beach, opt for swimwear that has added gel pads or a push-up feature. And if you want to balance out a pear shaped body go for a solid color on your bottom half and a print or embellished bikini top.

Not the route for everyone, but if you are suffering from extreme low confidence in regards to your body you may want to consider cosmetic surgery. Nothing says healthier more than a subtle wash of tan and a healthy glow. Cheat your way to bronze skin with a St. Tropez tanning treatment. Not only will you look like you just got back from two weeks in the Bahamas, but a tan can help disguise cellulite and blemishes. And get a healthier glow by eliminating sugary foods from your diet, drinking lots of water and eating fish that is rich in Omega-3.

Slimming Clothes

For longer, leaner looking legs always avoid ankle straps. Choose a skinny heel and a pointed toe in a nude shade closest to your skin tone to give the illusion of elongated legs. If you are worried about extra weight on your top half or tummy section, then avoid high necklines too. Go with a V-neck and flaunt a bit of cleavage.
